BBC4 prog now starting on 'Cool'.

The attitude and the music. Bird and Miles and stuff.

Watching, DVD recorder running.

Miles's 'Birth of the Cool' was one of the great albums, I think.

Well, I can't get BBC4, but you're making me want to put on some Miles. Do you like Bitches Brew?

I don't know Bitches Brew that well, and don't think I have a copy now. I used to have it on audio cassette, but no longer have a cassette player, and gave away and ditched all my cassettes.

It wasn't an album I took to at first or second hearing, though.

But then, Miles kept reinventing himself, and there are things that need a bit of repeated listening before the penny drops, and I start to get it.

'Kind of Blue' is the Miles Album I know best.

It was a very interesting prog, though, with lots of good music.
