This is the bail that investment banker Julius Meinl V. (http://www.reuters.com/article/Piracy/idUSL341415920090403?pageNumber=1&virtualBrandChannel=10452) had to pay to get out of investigative custody, and which he was able to transfer a few hours (!) after the demand.
The case may get even more interesting; some of his cronies are or were in politics.
