Awe! (pronounced ah-way it means "hello")

Amateur Egyptologist and Comparative Religion researcher here. New to Secular Cafe, and looking forward to some stimulating debate and conversation. I'm a free thinker so people are likely going to think I'm a troll. But I'm not a troll, although I don't mind a bit of harmless trolling now and again. I abhor condescending atheists and dislike brainwashed religious people. I intensely dislike anti-intellectuals.

I love chocolate-chip ice-cream with toasted pine-nuts, and I love Rooibosh tea.

:hitcomputer: And I'm completely insane (probably from reading too much Nietzsche philosophy)!

The birthplace of the best band from Merseyside was Birkenhead, as I recall:)

There is more to Merseyside than Liverpool.

Welcome to the board.

I'm a free thinker so people are likely going to think I'm a troll. !

First - welcome aboard!

Second - why will people think you a troll for being a free thinker? Do you have some interesting ways of doing it, or are you devil's advocate for fun, or......

Being a free thinker is fun - go for it!

أهلا وسهلا , Mo! I'm into the anthropology of religion myself, though not Egyptian affairs. Looking forward to some interesting discussions!
