It's how it was presented in the notes of the CD I bought many years ago.

I like what I've heard of Brian's music (I bought, some years ago, cassettes of his Gothic Symphony on the strength of seeing an interview with him in his old age in the course of a documentary about the Rex Foundation, which subsidised recording little known music)

Brian was a remarkable man, insofar as he wrote so many symphonies which were never performed in his lifetime, and an atheist to boot.
