First Amendment Display Targeted by City of Clearwater

The American Civil Liberties Union of Florida and its Pinellas County Chapter filed a federal lawsuit today on behalf of local business owners Heriberto and Lorraine Quintero, whose First Amendment rights have repeatedly been trampled on by the City of Clearwater. Not surprising for Clearwater, it is the home of Scientology after all and they've managed in the past (and still) to get Clearwater to trample on peoples rights for their benefit. I'm not suggesting that Scientology is involved in this case, but the connection I'm trying to make is that Clearwater has gotten used to getting away with infringing on peoples rights.
