Luckily I got an earlier flight home to England tonight, because otherwise I'd probably be stuck in some airport or another.
It's snowing like mad, and it's supposed to continue. I think we'll have a foot or more on the ground by tomorrow morning (just south of London).
Some of our friends in Scotland have been snowed in for over 2 weeks, so I guess I shouldn't complain.

Heh you in Brighton. Thats where my wife is from.
Is The Beach still a decent club? Used to like the Blaxploitation/funk nights there on a Saturday a few years back.
and UK, Snow. lol.
I think we'll have a foot or more on the ground by tomorrow morning (just south of London).and it'll be gone by lunch. :)
Joking aside, drive careful, as i just said in the other thread the tyres are the biggest difference between here and there and Uk all weather tyres just do not cut it in snow. The tread is too narrow so it just packs in thre and you are driving on slicks within a couple yards.

Nice... I'm in London here... close to the centre and it is proper snowing. That means yours truly gets a nice lie-in tomorrow as the school closes.
:D:D

heh. one of B3ta's Top Tips (in the vein of viz) recently was
be sure you and the neighbors hose down the gritted streets at 3am if you fancy a legitimite "snow day" off work.

Never been to The Beach. But there's plenty of that kind of music in the clubs anyway. It's sorta dribbling rain down in annoying quantities atm. Sigh.
