Obama Fox News Interview: Bret Baier Interrupts Obama (VIDEO) (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/03/17/obama-fox-news-interview_n_503521.html)
Fox News' Bret Baier interrupted President Obama so many times during Wednesday's interview that Newsweek described the enounter as a "interrupt-a-thon."

Baier acknowledged his repeated interjections at the end of the interview, by interrupting the president once more to apologize. Baier told Obama "I apologize for interrupting you, sir. I tried to get the most for our buck here."

MSNBC's Lawrence O'Donnell said that he could not recall a reporter ever questioning or interrupting an American president in such an aggressive way. Certainly, O'Donnell argued, Fox News never took that approach with former President George W. Bush.

That was despicable. I hope Baier is killed and eaten by an army of socialist mice.

Of course, I hope that in regards to everyone associated with Faux News.

I watched that last night and was impressed at how Obama kept his cool. Like him or not, he does come across as a man with a lot of class. Too bad the characters on Fox rarely do.

I think the reason he went on Fox is because there are so many people in this country that get all of their news from Fox. This appearance gave Obama a chance to explain things from his perspective. I don't remember Bush ever going into hostile territory for an interview. He didn't even allow people that disagreed with him into his public events. Maybe Obama does have bigger balls than Bush.

His rudeness just made Obama look good.

Fox is the propaganda vehicle for the neo-cons. Obama's strategy of directly confronting the liars is working pretty good so far.

Is it? I'm not being snarky, Trip D. I just don't see how it's working.

Remember when people could be tarred and feathered and sent out of town on a rail??

Good times, good times.....

Well, it's at least getting him some good press, and the base is energized by it. I think his poll numbers have been better lately, but I could be wrong. That meeting with the Republicans a couple months ago was good.
