I am Uthgar the Brazen, and I am a Buffy fan. With the caveat that I absolutely hated the musical episode, which makes me some sort of monster, I believe.

I love every single episode, but I think my faves were the early ones when Buffy and Angel were falling in love. I also loved Evil Willow, and the two nerds, the ones who built the Buffybot. I loved the episode in which Buffy rises from the grave. I loved the season with Faith. I loved the whole series, honestly. I have no idea why I do not have the DVD's, but just talking about it makes me want to go out and buy them now.

Take season 6 in small doses, taking lots of breaks to play with puppies and snuggle with a loved one.

There would be no Bones without Buffy. David Borealis is Buffy's love interest, Angel, the vampire with a soul.

I know this is a Buffy thread, but in related news, Andy Hallet (Lorne on Angel) has died of heart failure at age 33.

I thought Buffy was an outstanding concept. I'm "TV Challenged". Not sure if I get it. But I saw the original movie and a couple episodes.
Eventually I'll do some formal training with the filipina unit. She's doing unauthorized heavy bag work. Lots of enthusiasm and zero technique.
Luv seeing chicks kick ass...
The woman's boxing is actually pretty good now too. That's just awesome to see a babe in a slugfest.

The movie sucked and is not even close to the series.
I bet you loved the Kill Bill movies, right? I love Uma!

Well more of a fan of straightforward kickboxing stuff. When it drifts into swords and weird weapons then I lose interest.
Although there was a girl in the first movie that did arouse my interest, I will have to admit, despite the odd weapon.

Tawny: Yes, you need to watch Buffy.
Bones is awesome, the rest on your list aren't. You can safely delay watching them.
Season 1 of Buffy is pretty cheesy. Don't dislike it on that basis. Watch them, but if you're not impressed, persevere at least through S2. and S3 if you can.
The humour in Buffy is close kin to the humour in Bones. If you like the interplay between Booth and Brennan, you'll LOVE all of Joss Whedon's series in general.
Buffy, Angel, Firefly. Watch them you must. Oh, and Dollhouse is heading for awesomeness too, by the look.

I've given up hope on watching TV series. I couldn't watch TV for so many years that now that I can watch it (with a pause button) the ones that sound interesting are several seasons into it already and I have no idea what's going on and get bored fast. I've never seen a Buffy show.

it was the best tv evah. IMO, at least.
My mom, an ST:TOS fan, said it reminded her of that...

We watch on Netflix. I watched Buffy as a way of spending time with my teen daughter, and got hooked myself. But I can't watch TV with all the commercial interruptions. Netflix makes all those go away.
We're always a season or two behind those watching any ongoing series. I have to threaten friends to keep them from spoiling the "future" for me. But with the dvds, we can start at the beginning and not feel like we've walked into someone else's cocktail party halfway through.

My friends don't understand how I can be in love with Firefly (my dog is named Wash) but not like Buffy. Even my husband likes Buffy.
Any of you watch Dollhouse? I forced myself to watch the first 3 episodes, but it was horrible. It's not good when you are using filler in the first few episodes of a new series (hello bodyguard to pop star plot). I do have a friend that insists it has gotten much much better. I may give it another shot.
Sorry to sidetrack your Buffy thread. :)

Scroll down to the episode you want, then, click on it. If you look at the next screen, there will be a link to the full episode. In fact, you can probably get there from the first page if you just click on the thingie.
Yeah, see the video to the left of the description? Just click on that.

On the episode description page, go up to the top right and there should be a little video thingie that says, "Full Episode".
Now, one thing I discovered, only the first three seasons are available. I never scrolled all the way down. Are you trying to watch something past season 3?

I don't know then. Maybe, you don't have whatever background thingie you need. I am no computer person. I wish I could help. I tried to do the screenshots for you, but they would not paste here. Plus, it sounds as if following directions is not the problem.

dollhouse is a head scratcher, thats for sure. sometimes im loving it, sometimes im pretty lost.
but i'm hanging in there :)
so the gist is that echo/caroline signed up for 5 years, and she's been in for 2 already? and the rossum house lab is nothing more than a poaching ground for new recruits?
and the last episode - the one where some of the 'actives' get closer was really good. i really feel for sienna..that dude was a tool!!!
/nerd-mode off ;)
