... leads you down some strange paths. Sometimes even dangerous ones. The thing is is it a good thing to nose around or are there limits or no go places?:hmm:

I had an old anth professor who talked about how risk-takers always comprise a minority of the human population, but a consistent minority, because while non-risk takers have an advantage in stable times, when catastrophe strikes creativity and curiosity and dynamism become critical attributes. As such, both the curious and incurious are needed for the maintenance of social balance. I don't think any topics are too dangerous to examine, but there are many which are perilous if you aren't being careful or are failing to keep an eye on your own well-being.

I hope people pick up on this thread Politesse. I understand totally what you are saying. I am like that... feather brained when it comes to being PC but, in an emergency Iget it all together, think twice as fast and calm down everyone else.
